BTW , HRC_V4 , you need a new sobriquet . Steve Austin or The Six Million Dollar Man .

Ha, maybe, but HRC used titanium connecting rods in my V4, and now I have a titanium rod connecting my knee and hip.

 What is terrible is I did not notice anything out of place at the TEXACO Station except for lack of business lol. And then I noticed the Oil tank top off pump lol.

Hmmm, you either bolted a speedometer or a rear tire on your side stand....

 

It's the retaining washer that failed and let my clutch input hub walk off.  First ride after the big clutch reassembly and the silly foot bail let go again. I thought, "Man, I need a little crown-shaped thingy to get a grab on. AHA!"

Woodburn, mmmmyes! clicking on the photo reveals yet another photo. with a sleek early fairing. Beautiful! you should post that one too.

Thanks guys! Here's a shot of the LM1 fairing. Bought it years ago from a guy in the UK who was making them for the old Speed Triple, oddly enough.
