Guest redguzziv10
That's a seriously ugly car from an American point of view as well. Bleah. both of 'em. Get a bug-eye sprite: http://www.classicsportscars.com/11B014652.htm  or if ya' wanna pimp, get a '63 Lincoln. http://www.americandreamcars.com/1963lincolncnvt072704.htm (not a very good picture- it's got suicide doors, a 390 cubic inch plant, and loads of class) 56485[/snapback]  im with jrt, Frog eyed Sprite THE classic cool car

belfastguzzi
or for horsepower, get yourself to e-bay and start bidding... Â e-bay Q&A: "Q: How tippy is this when driving and cornering? What is a safe speed for it? A: Well it has never tipped over. Of course it is a huge horse built on a car frame, so you need to drive it as such. I have driven this car all around...blah, blah"
jrt
ok, ok, so we've established that you don't like euro-roadsters. Probably doesn't have air conditioning anyhow. So I guess a VW beetle is right out.

jrt
Wait'll you're old as I am. I'm beginning to like the looks of the old VW Combi trucks again. We had one when I was a kid, so I guess it's nostalgia. Another car we had when I was young might fit your bill. Look for an early '70's Pontiac Roadrunner. That was a wicked fast car. My brother put a police 400 cubic inch shortblock into one and proceeded to grenade 4 pistons (at one time) in a street drag race. Fun while it lasted, but too many tickets.
