Hello Racer X and David Laig,

Its Jedione68, and I was wondering if any ones ridding from or through

Los Angeles area?

Also trying to find anyone going down in a car... ah, to carry my camping

junk.  I hate to addmit it, but my v11 isn't set up at all for touring/ bags.

Leans toiwards the Rocker side, must be the roots!

Now I'm commetted to camping, but if everyones going the hotel route,

I have no problem with room service and hot showers.  Let me know??

I registered early, and got a confirm from Todd via email, but do we

need anything else, or is there some kind of list?

Peace and rubber side down,

jedione68

P.S. David, getting the Quad rewelded and adding some springs and mounts,

should be done today or Monday.

Attention Mr Stewart!

Also, Mike, hope your feeling better, at least now you'll have some

extra time to convert that Cali/Tonti. Was look forward to seeing ya.

Looks like I might be picking up a G.B. I'll email ya if when it all comes through.

Guys, this should be an outstanding event. We are pulling the TonUp-SD.com 'Mods-vs-Rockers' folks into the mix. Hope a large handful of those on the West Coast US reading this forum will be there... infact, as per the First Annual SoCal Guzzi Rally... No Dam Excuses.

All details here; http://www.phpbbforfree.com/forums/socalguzzi-about391.html

Hello one and all!

See ya all tonight, ya hoo.

I'll be leaving L.A. around 4'ish, via 405 S to

105 E to 605 to 91 E for awhile, to 15 S to 76.

If your going that way, look for a "matte" v11, a green one,

and a black Triumph. See ya there. Bring on the fun.

Rubber side down,

Hello boyz,

This is jedione68, saying thank you for the great rally, what a blast

and WHAT (blaken) ROADS!!!

I'm sorry about there not having been photo's before... ah the rally.

But to be honest, even though I can spin a good wrench, I'm terrible

with this down load upload and most of all...post wrong place thing.

Just ask Todd. Todd "Jedione68, you've once again posted in the wrong place,

and luckly for you I some how found your ..."

But I've finally sort of figured it out. Worst case, I'll send photo's to "dlaig"

and the back story. He's magicail on these keys ya know.

I had the greatest time, and it was so wonderful to find out and meet all

of ya in zzzz flesh and enjoying the mad twisties north east S.D.

Until I get some serious sleep, later.

I'm no fan of stealth-bomber, asphalt-camouflage colors, but I have to admit your bike gave me a stiffy, Mr Jedione.

Sorry I couldn't stick around for much of the rally. I had a date with a girl I had a crush on when we were sophomores in highschool. She was still hot after exactly 20 years, but alas we didn't hit it off. AND I left my digital camera at her place, so I can't post my photos of the rally. (Really shagged-the-pooch rotten this weekend.) :homer:

Mighty nice to meet David, John, Todd and some o' them Ton-Up grouches. Pretty tolerant of my Jap-bike and foo-foo dog.

Still didn't get a chance to swap bikes with any Guzzisti, but I shouldn't get the bike after all. Been saving up for my trip to Argentina or to New Zealand next year, and the money in my pocket was beginning to tingle in the direction of a LeMans, but I need to see the world before I get too damned old to appreciate it.

Peace and THANKS! I'll be posting photos as soon as I get my camera back from Kimberly. :homer:

A pleasure to meet you and Angel.

If you did not get a chance to swap rides, there will be other opportunities.

There is going to be a british bike ride at Hanson dam in early November...perhaps you can make that?????

Good luck gettiing your camera back from Kimberly....
