I'm no fan of stealth-bomber, asphalt-camouflage colors, but I have to admit your bike gave me a stiffy, Mr Jedione.

 

Sorry I couldn't stick around for much of the rally.  I had a date with a girl I had a crush on when we were sophomores in highschool.  She was still hot after exactly 20 years, but alas we didn't hit it off.  AND I left my digital camera at her place, so I can't post my photos of the rally.  (Really shagged-the-pooch rotten this weekend.)

Mighty nice to meet David, John, Todd and some o' them Ton-Up grouches.  Pretty tolerant of my Jap-bike and foo-foo dog.

Still didn't get a chance to swap bikes with any Guzzisti, but I shouldn't get the bike after all.  Been saving up for my trip to Argentina or to New Zealand next year, and the money in my pocket was beginning to tingle in the direction of a LeMans, but I need to see the world before I get too damned old to appreciate it.

It was great meeting you too. That was a blast. And glad ya liked her!

 

On your travel note... Go! My wife and I (kidds too) have spent

the last two X-mas down in Argintina. Its beautiful. And Decembers the

beginning of there summer, so the weathers great. Our dallar is

very strong there, like 3 to 1, and the country and people are wonderful. You'll

see a million Honda "Trans Alps" down there, hell I rented one, a blast.

We stayed in Bueno Aries most of the time, but there's jungle and farmland

just around the corner. You'll love z Tango too.

 

Bike wise. A buddy of mine up in Nor. Cal, just sent me an email saying

he's selling his 2003 Lemans (to many toys) for like 6K. I believe its

the Champaige two tone color one. I'm bummed he's leaving the world

of Guzzi, but he'll be back I'm sure. Let me know.

Concur with all...great event despite mother nature. good to finally put some faces to names. Wish I could have stayed around for Sat night...sounds like I missed some fun. jedi has promised to fill me in on Todd's PCIII session. did anyone see him taking notes??? ha ha.

I saw him chew the notes and swallow, chased by fine white vino!
