I pull the helmet up a little & try to sneeze through the bottom of the helmet. I usually get the chin area wet, but its better than the visor.

Ya, its always worth a few laughs when it happens. Plus it give me a good reason to wash the inside of the visor.

Dunno about the popping out.. but I always sneeze in pairs, which means my eyes are closed for too long.. kinda scary sometimes.
