In PA near Phily - Ferracci's and in PA near Lake Erie, the city is called North East

look for Uncommon Cycles. I never visited but spoke and emailed and they were very helpful, knowing that I was only looking for advise.

 

The folks who sold and maintain my bike is Speed's Cycles in Elkridge MD, near Baltimore
