If you find out please let me know as Helen's tank is scuffed up too. cheers Guy 60297[/snapback] Went to a local spray painter this morning to see if he could match the paint on the tank although he said to get the actual paint would probably be a bit difficult he showed me a range of colours from house of kolors from the states and there seemed to be quite a few that were as far as i was concerned exactly the same.So if you find a sprayer using house of kolor it may be worth checking the range out.Hope this helps! Guest lowgloss Posted September 18, 2005 Share Posted September 18, 2005 The factory colors are basecoat / clearcoat colors. The House of Kolor samples you saw were probably 3 stage (Candy) colors. These are expensive to spray and hard to repair without a complete repaint of the tank. Candy colors are however some of the most beautiful colors available. I posted in the past that PPG/Nexa Autocolour have a good motorcycle deck with a number of Moto Guzzi colors in.
