RKA luggage

Ok, here are my thoughts. I like everything to look factory, "fixed" (attached to the bike), and proportional. Therefore, I went with the factory Tekno bags as they are mounted to the bike via a steel frame. I have never been much for the "throwover" luggage that you just toss over the rear seat with a few straps. While I am sure that the bags themselves are just as functional, it is merely a matter of taste.

That's my two cents....

I have used RKA on my Sport 1100 and my Rosso. No complaints other than a leak after 8 hours of steady downpour even with the waterproof covers (everything else including my skin also leaked). The color matches nicely and they hold quite a bit. I'm sold.

Yes. I've done the RKA thing, twice. my present rig is an '02 LeMans set'up with RKA bags. I spoke with Richard of RKA and he said they have a new inside lining to the tail section and a new 'mirical' fabric the bags are made of,and a 'new' cheaper price. Can't beat it. They work great, and come off in a 'jif.' Which I like to put in my cheap Motel room. Richard is very personable and likes to talk on the phone. Give them a call. My GUZZI is the one in their brochure. Love. Roadslayer. :2c:
