Guest bordsenius Posted October 5, 2005 Posted October 5, 2005 I have a strange problem: The petrol tank does not seem to get any air in to replace the space that the petrol I use has occupied. As a result there is a vacuum in the tank. It actually schrinks, and when I open the tank lid (which is pretty hard due to the vacuum) a massive rush of air is heard and the entire tank expands! Quite dramatic. Strangely enough this does not affect starting or the running of the engine. But I'm pretty sure there is a breather hose somewhere stat is clogged. But I do not know where it is! Could anyone give me a helping hand in solving this issue? sb.
badmotogoozer Posted October 5, 2005 Posted October 5, 2005 not strange at all. In fact, the very first post in the FAQ's section will tell you all you need to know. Rj
