Lino Tonti, a veteran of Aermacchi, Bianchi and Gilera, designed a race bike called the "Linto" just before he was

hired at Moto Guzzi. The engine in the Linto was essentially two Aermacchi top ends grafted onto a single crankcase.

Linto , some Italian guy who worked on Guzzis too. We had this one before

No problem, the only reason I knew was cuz I got it the first time. I also had a magazine article of a rare green one but, now its water logged along with a several boxes of old magazines :( the insurance adjuster doesn't think they were worth anything :moon:

I think the new Falcone 1200 should have had a laid down parallel twin like that one.
