belfastguzzi Posted October 27, 2005 Author Posted October 27, 2005 Ombono Tenni, great style the man had, and class too not to mention, a great do !! 64815 and do you know that Tenni's son wrote great poetry? Tenni's son raps it up He even wrote a homage to his dad's Guzzi 'The Eagle He clasps the bars with crookèd hands; Close to the sun in lonely lands, Ring'd with the azure world, he rides. The wrinkled road beneath him crawls; He watches from his mountain walls, And like a thunderbolt he falls.' – diesel spills were a problem in those days too, evidently. He also got quite excited about the limited edition, 600 or thereabouts, Scura run. (Don't know what he thought of the Tenni.) 'When can their glory fade? O the wild charge they made! All the world wondered. Honour the charge they made! Honour the Limited Edition Scura Brigade, Noble six hundred!'
Martin Barrett Posted October 27, 2005 Posted October 27, 2005 Sideshow Ombono himself and with it short soaring pufins
belfastguzzi Posted October 27, 2005 Author Posted October 27, 2005 The Tenni Puffin (Very Limited Special Edition)
Martin Barrett Posted October 27, 2005 Posted October 27, 2005 All things Tenni http://www.tenni.com/ Sari Tenni, a painter from Helsinki, Finland. Notice in this Tenni picture: the usage of Moto Guzzi racing Green, the browns of the suede seat, and the silver used to emphasise the shading. The hair is however in control and the curves of the dustbin fairing are replicated and all done with out the use of jelly.
Van Posted October 27, 2005 Posted October 27, 2005 Hey Belfastguzzi ! Is that a bit of Tenni envy that l detect creeping in ? so, OK, OK, so what IS that poor thing? and above all else....why? must be great in a parking lot, but out carving through the twisties.... Now l do know that some of the great unwashed masses call our beautiful machines "tractors" but , oh my God, that poor thing does look like its got a Guzzi motor in there Cheers Van
Martin Barrett Posted October 27, 2005 Posted October 27, 2005 Trivia Stadio Omobono Tenni Home ground of Fbc Treviso. This Tennious connection is surely enough to encourage all Guzzisti to cheer on Benneton Treviso in the Heineken Cup in their campaign to advance into the knock out round playing against; Ulster; Saracens and Biarritz. Okay perhaps that's a bit much I'll settle for against Biarritz
belfastguzzi Posted October 27, 2005 Author Posted October 27, 2005 so what IS that poor thing? 64913 Don't you recogize an unfaired Tenni when you see one? You obviously don't do your own ok think russian

You should be doing Open University in a brown corduroy jacket.
