Kane Posted December 7, 2019 Posted December 7, 2019 Very cool. It looks like it could come zooming out of the Bat Cave!

Emeraldv11 Posted December 15, 2019 Posted December 15, 2019 Built this a dozen years ago from a G5, but its now an 850 and still going strong, lot of home made parts (exhausts, handlebars, battery box ,seat,) John Williams (tank shop)made the tank and mudguard 5 2
Kane Posted December 16, 2019 Posted December 16, 2019 Very nice! First time I’ve seen fishtail exhaust on a Guzzi. Is the fork rake standard for a G5? Would love to see more pics!
Emeraldv11 Posted December 16, 2019 Posted December 16, 2019 Yes the headstock is standard .the forks are from a T5 Frame paint is Ford tractor blue and was E10 a liter! Hereis another picture of the fishtail, made by welding together different ready made sections of 'dairy tube' widely availlable. 4
Dave Swanson Posted February 17, 2020 Posted February 17, 2020 The 1000S I picked up about a year and a half ago is now fully sorted. 8

What every Italian motorcycle needs desperately...Fishtails:) Ciao 1

Chuck Posted February 19, 2020 Posted February 19, 2020 I know Pete has some animus toward Todd Egan .. but Todd has always treated me like family. Saw him at the Rock Store the last time I was in SoCal, caught up on old times.. and this is what is left of his Jackal. Pete has said he would like to see a carc on a "modern" Guzzi, so here it is. It's behind a heated up V11S engine. High zoot front end etc. etc. Very well done, too. 1
docc Posted February 19, 2020 Posted February 19, 2020 A Tonti, Spiney, CARC mash-up . . . and before my first coffee!
JBBenson Posted February 19, 2020 Posted February 19, 2020 I like Todd too. Don’t get the hostility towards him. But this general trend of tail-less modern Manx-style motorcycles leaves me cold. The proportions are all wrong. Some of them are so extreme as to look ridiculous. Look at pipeburn.com for some really bad examples. 3
LowRyter Posted February 20, 2020 Posted February 20, 2020 I think Todd was the guy the put a hotted up 1400 in a Tonti. (I am too lazy to look it up on the 'net)
