An update on the progress of the repairs. All damaged items have been sourced from Motamecca and ebay, right hand exhaust has been repaired, looks ok.........from a distance, fairing repaired and painted, not too happy with the colour match but it will do until I get round to getting some more paint. Cylinder head damage was not too bad, managed to get the allen screw out and the threaded hole was ok, cylinder protection plate did it's job!! Rocker cover repaired and repainted.

Next month it goes back on the road, total cost of repairs so far 167GBP.

Only thing to do now is to find out the number and make up a new plate. Can any one send me a photo of the tenni plate on the headstock?

 

Will post photo's next month.
