removing fork springs 2004 V11

Guys, I've been trying to follow along here, as I need to do a fork oil change on the Ballabio. How much of this pertains to just changing the oil?

Once the caps are unscrewed (with the tubes off the bike) what is the procedure? Am I expecting any spring tension here? (removing the caps)

apparently with the 43mm forks, it is necessary to remove the bolts holding the cartridges in from the bottom of the tubes. Then I guess the whole assembly comes out and you could then change the oil. The top caps will not come off while the cartidges are attached from the bottom, unfortunately.
