Admin Jaap Posted January 5, 2006 Posted January 5, 2006 He found it on www.guzzimoto.com What do you think of it?
Frenchbob Posted January 5, 2006 Posted January 5, 2006 The more you look at this, the more you see. I love it!
Ballacraine Posted January 5, 2006 Posted January 5, 2006 Doesn't do much for me, I'm afraid. Different folks..... Nige.
Alex-Corsa Posted January 5, 2006 Posted January 5, 2006 Looks good, fits the lines of the Guzzi with a bit more futuristic look than the original.
orangeokie Posted January 6, 2006 Posted January 6, 2006 He found it on www.guzzimoto.com What do you think of it? 73295[/snapback] I really like it. The separation between the instrument pod and the fairing is Buell-esque
jrt Posted January 6, 2006 Posted January 6, 2006 It looks a little stretched in proportions, so take that into account. Overall, it looks bird-like to me. Not that there's anything wrong with that. I agree with Alex- I like the way it fits the original lines of the tank and such. It's also a bit too angular for me. I'll bet this is one of those things that looks a lot better in person- and it's pretty good looking already.
biesel Posted January 6, 2006 Posted January 6, 2006 Somebody on the Anima Guzzista Forum did find it.
Frenchbob Posted January 6, 2006 Posted January 6, 2006 Having looked at it again, I think what I like about it is that it looks much lighter than a stock V11, and that has much to do with the way the fairing works with the bellypan, which does much in turn to hide the engine's bottom-end bulkiness. Removing the sidepanels has also helped. The whole thing just looks svelte to me. I know it needs a headlight [and conceivably a cup-holder], but they wouldn't detract much.
Alex-Corsa Posted January 6, 2006 Posted January 6, 2006 Here is a "Photoshop" version,I did, with fairing set a bit at the back. Notice that the bike looks shorter ,and IMO better,i.e. more harmonic to the overall style
