John in Leeds Posted January 16, 2006 Share Posted January 16, 2006 My concern is with the scooter boys - Mr Smith who lives over the shops and complains all the time about the kids hanging about, there may be antisocial usage of their mopeds. Buy the time we turn up the offenders may have left. Leaving Master Bates there on his moped chatting to his mates. The PCSO turns up under pressure to do something and with out witnessing any wrong doing can issue the warning.
