waspp Posted January 20, 2006 Posted January 20, 2006 Has anyone sucessfully fitted an aprillia front fender to their scura or corsa with ohlins forks? I have a bunch of carbon fibre splinters for a front fender on my 03 rosso corsa and it looks like an rsv mille fender would bolt up.
Mike Stewart Posted January 20, 2006 Posted January 20, 2006 I think I have checked the fit and it was the same. Been some time ago and my brain just can't remember the details. I had a Aprilia and a Guzzi at one time. Now I have 3 Guzzi's and no Aprilia. The shapes of the fenders are different, but mounting is the same. Paul Minnaert Posted January 20, 2006 Posted January 20, 2006 the v11 ohlins and aprilia ohlins forks have the same mounting for the fender. The radial brakes aprilia/ohlins forks have a bit different mounting, but their fender can be made to fit. I had a rsv fender on my v11 ohlins forks. It does protect the legs better from dirt
Baldini Posted January 20, 2006 Posted January 20, 2006 I have an (02) Aprilia Mille R front mudguard on my Scura. Mount is same. Later Mille R's (03 on I think) had radial calipers & mount is different. KB
antonio carroccio Posted January 20, 2006 Posted January 20, 2006 I have a Aprilia (MGS-01) carbon fender on my Ohlins front fork. It fits just perfect!
