Don't know what I'm going to buy , like the GRISO  :food:

I must admit to being rather torn between the Griso and the Firebolt, but I wasn't able to find a Griso to try, and when the really good deal came up on the Buell it was a no-brainer really.

The V11 is staying though. I have an arrangement with my mother where I can leave one of the bikes in her secure garage, and nip up the 70 miles to swap them over when I want to change over bikes. Sorted. She thinks she'll see me more often so that i can do the odd jobs round the house.....

The Ulysses looks a nice bike, it got a hammering in the UK press who put it up against the BMW R1200 GS. To be honest though, I tried out an R1150 rockster and compared with the Firebolt it handled like a grand piano, had really snatchy brakes (thank god for the ABS) and the motor was gutless and vibey. For all the world that R1150 motor felt just like the old Ural, more powerful but less civilised no kidding. Horrible.

Friz,

I know you've had the Scura on the block for a while. But I'm sorry to see it go. I think you were the closest to me with another Scura. :luigi:

Do you mind telling us why you decided to get rid of her?

Happier Trails in the future. :race:

I've owned guzzi's for over 20 yrs we use to sell guzzi's in the 70's & 80's along with ducati, huskys, triumph, laverda, polaris, husbergs & a few other brands the reason I sold the Scura was to maybe buy a multistrada I ride a ktm duke 2 also & just haven't put any miles on the guzzi it was just setting in the garage I thought someone might as will enjoy her !!! might have to take alook at the GRIZZO when it gets here :race: ps love this sight will always log on every morning to see whats up !!! :bier:

ahh... I did the same, Sold the Scura but had to keep the Duke.

The buyer was already planning a ride longer than what I was doing in a year...

sad, but still happy with my Machiato Duke - sometimes you need full cream coffees, sometimee short blacks.

maybe the Griso will be for you when you need a l o n g black? :D

till then it's SuperMoto time.
