Breather hose replacement

So I reckon it's not "trying" very hard to leak.

I have had it leak at just about every joint, and I have not had a heater hose split.

The heater hose swells and oil slides under the joints allowing it to swell and loosen more and let more oil under and out and therefore a leak.

Call it effort, or "trying" or crap luck or crap product, any way you slice it, it sucks.

Minimizing the number of connections, minimizes the problem.

Maybe I need need genuine Metric hose and fittings....then what the heck, we'll throw in a couple more fittings and hose clamps

I think mine is about to let go.... Deep cracks near the clips at both ends.

Mine is in the exact same condition you describe, Its my next project, Ive been procrastinating it, Man I hate taking off that bloody gas tank!
