Hi , this number plate is french ( 33 means Gironde "county" ) I think that the pic has been taken in Bordeaux , its main city . It's south-west France near the Atlantic ocean . I don't know the owner . Bye .

To top it off, I rode a Thruxton (with free flowing Staintune pipes & Flat-Slide carbies = BIG difference!!) today & absolutely loved it! - how stable do you want that front end - aaaawesome.

750S3 if you cant find one...or a T3 makes an ideal base to roll your own.
