not_scooter_Scura! Posted March 4, 2006 Posted March 4, 2006 grid positions. 1 baylis. 2 corser. 3 toseland.. should be good race! 80945[/snapback] It's Troy vs. Troy mate vs. mate state vs. state (err well actually it's not, but they pay different council rates.....in Monaco )

His only potential dowfall will be that he's on an underpowered machine this year. Ciao, Steve G.
Guzzirider Posted March 4, 2006 Posted March 4, 2006 Steve Martin did very well to get the Petronas up there- I wonder how well he will do in the race. Although I admire Troy Corser's smooth riding style, I would prefer the other Troy's blood and guts approach to prevail, plus he is on an Italian bike. Barros sems to be getting the hang of WSB too and Toseland is up there yet again so it should be an exciting race- I wonder how many seagulls will get splatted?? Guy
Guzzirider Posted April 12, 2006 Posted April 12, 2006 Spare a thought for poor Frankie Chili- he broke his pelvis and a few other bones today in testing and is out for the rest of the season. Is this the last we have seen of him on the track or will he be back? Guy
Steve G. Posted April 13, 2006 Posted April 13, 2006 I thinks not whether he will ride again, but whether a team/manufacturer will give him a ride. I'll miss him, he's a great diplomat for motorcycle racing! Ciao, Steve G.
