MIVAL - Metalimeccanica Italiana Valtrompia Spa. of Gardone Val Trompia, Brescia. This scrambler was available with a 5 or 6 speed gearbox (unusual for that era). MIVAL still operates their machine tool business to this day having ended motorcycle production in 1967.
