belfastguzzi Posted March 15, 2006 Author Posted March 15, 2006 Are you taking wild guesses now? This is the Cub Scout sign
belfastguzzi Posted March 15, 2006 Author Posted March 15, 2006 Cub Scout. 82285[/snapback] Ridiculous. What made you say that?

belfastguzzi Posted March 16, 2006 Author Posted March 16, 2006 Why don't you *google for Cub motor bikes? There are loads: including this cutie * PS don't bother. They are mostly Chinese and made by Chongqing Shineray Motorcycle Manufacturing Co., Ltd. and that's not the correct answer
macguzzi Posted March 16, 2006 Posted March 16, 2006 So it is Japanese although I have a suspision it was ridden by George Fornby (now there will be lots of postings of that bike)

mike wilson Posted March 17, 2006 Posted March 17, 2006 Is the engine from the BSA Sunbeam / Triumph Tigress scooter? There was a 250cc 4stroke and a 175 (I think) two stroke. The smaller one might have been called a Cub. Looks like someone put one of those into a spine type frame (like, but not, an MZ) as some sort of homebrew. mike
