Toreque arm

Can someone tell me - how do I remove the pin holding the rear of the torque arm to the top of the drivebox? After undoing the locknut do I drift the pin out (it does not slide easily tho it does rotate) or do I have to remove the mounting bracket from the top of the drivebox bringing the pin with it?

Basic, the pin should come out after unlocking the nut, but maybe a bit of oxidation is in between. Or the 2 alu parts where the pin is going through are not inline, then loosen the 2 screws a bit that hold them to the reardrive.
