Guzzirider Posted April 21, 2006 Posted April 21, 2006 My right hand exhaust header pipe cracked on Sunday so I sent an email to Reboot seeing if they had a spare- no reply as yet. I decided to order a new one from TLM on Tuesday night and performed the transaction online. It turned up this morning- well done to TLM for having it in stock in the first place, and for sending it so quickly- I can recommend them to anyone who needs parts. Having places you can rely on makes Guzzi ownership even better. I can hopefully get the bike back on the road tomorrow, although it currently looks like this:
Martin Barrett Posted April 21, 2006 Posted April 21, 2006 That's where I went wrong when my headers cracked. I relied on my multi franchise dealer(4 months) and I bet they didn't take the cylinders off to replace the headers From the ride out on Jaap's International V11 Meeting September 04 I only bought a T shirt then. I could do with another so must go back. I'm not sure they're on my direct route to the German bash FbF I know

Have now decided to head straight for Portsmouth from Fishguard when I return from Erin on Sunday night, stay at my Mum's then get the Monday ferry to Cherbourg, spend a few days playing in the Alps, pop into Mandello then hot foot it back up to the Netherlands for Boxmeer.
