how do you disconnect the fuel pipe quick release without breaking the plastic elbows off the tank, they don't appear to be very strong

Does the tank need draining down or will they self seal on removal

Push the hose toward the rear of the tank to take the pressure off the coupling then push with the grey ring towards the front of the bike until it slides off.They can be a bit stubborn.

They seal on removal, no need to drain.

Thanks guys, came off with a battle, not a lot of room to get my big mitts in. Had to drain the tank, once uncoupled petrol leaked from the tank
