I'd be a tad reluctant to hop on the salvaged goose, even just to get it home. Better to get a lift and give it a thourough going over first. Too easy to miss something critical, like a loose fuel line, or oil leak on the rear tire/wheel.

 

Seems like there was plenty of help; that's a factor too.
