Pit-Bull New Front stand w/ Guzzi Factory Stand?

hi i am getting ready to change the fork oil on my v11 (~1600mi ) and i wanted to get a little more security up front than the factory stand's barbell provides, has anyone used the Pit-Bull New Front stand in tandem with the guzzi factory stand? i've read in my search here that the Pit-Bull Rear stands are prone to slipping so i figure i'll go with the factory stand. i've already received my Pit-Bull New Front stand and #1 pin (and a #2 for my friend's ducati monster)...
