Paul Minnaert Posted August 14, 2006 Author Share Posted August 14, 2006 When one is looking for pure rational arguments for buying an mgs01, take some time:-) Since most critical parts are from other bikes, being left without a running bike is not what would happen. Maybe if you insist on original parts, you might have a problem some time. The belt isn't a problem, the bikes I know where it failed had old belts. When changed at a normal scheme, there is no problem at all. I have a 3d scan from a head so one day I'm able to make my own. I've seen a few times a mgs, and I think it's great value for money. Why? There are so much parts specialy made for it, in ways that are only cost effective if you make some numbers. The swingarm with molded parts, the gearbox rear, the gastank, and I can go on. Compare the price to a Guzzila and it's cheap. A daytona racing for that money is stupid.
