VA Sean Posted August 11, 2006 Posted August 11, 2006 Hi folks. My wife and I will be going to Amsterdam in September. I was just wondering how far outside of Amsterdam Teo Lamers is, and whether it is easy to get to, etc. Thanks in advance.
Greg Field Posted August 12, 2006 Posted August 12, 2006 The business, or the man? The man now lives in Austrailia. We stuffed him on a plane Wednesday, after he spent a month riding to Alaska from Seatle. The business is in Nijmegan, over toward Germany way. Clue one: Aafter riding o Alaska, he looks like Jerry Garcia.
KiloSjon Posted August 12, 2006 Posted August 12, 2006 Here you get an idea (it's in Dutch, but viamichelin.com will also work off course)
VA Sean Posted August 14, 2006 Author Posted August 14, 2006 Thanks guys- Yes, Greg, I meant the shop... always interested in seeing a Guzzi shop when I am travelling, and figured this one would not be one to miss. Thanks for the map - looks like a bit of a trek... but if I could snag a train, maybe not so bad.
macguzzi Posted August 14, 2006 Posted August 14, 2006 The train from central station in Amsterdam is very easy and a short taxi ride at the other end, trains in the Netherlands are very good.
