Thanks for the compliments guys!

I figure everybody's first bike should be a Triumph. Great for cutting your mechanical teeth and will leave you with a much greater appreciation for every other bike you will ride in your life. :P

Maybe Rich will cut me a package deal when I send him my V11 seat. :)

I'm just glad it doesn't leak oil on the floor...

cheers,

Dude, that's just great! I've been making some furniture for Sonya, but haven't started with toys for my daughter yet. I did an end table in cherry and maple that turned out ok. I really like the contrast you've got with- can't tell, but is it walnut and something? Hope you don't mind if I steal your idea.

Yet... If it's a Triumph, it'll find a way

Seriously though, Dad of the Year award.

Is that the wooden Marzocchi fork that I've read about in V11 magazine articles? That's a seriously steep fork rake, you might want to add a steering damper :D

Nice work Ryan!

Rockers are maple as are seat, bars and forks, slats across are black walnut, light and gages are cherry. The painted parts are laminated pine shelving.

Not really my idea. I built it from a set of plans. Pretty easy, just lots of work. Used a bandsaw, sander, router, and drill press. Nothing special.

slug - Uncle of the year maybe, no wife or kids of my own - I'm letting my sister take care of that! :P

Always the best scenario (the part about the children). When you're done playing with them, you get to give them back. :) Just make sure to send them home jacked up on sugar and soda pop. Also, don't forget to give them a nice quiet toy like a referee whistle or a starter pistol. Your sister will love you for that
