Numerous sources. This is pretty much a standard configuration Micro type switch. Mouser Electronics and Digi-Key have quite a selection.You can do a Google search for the web addresses. Both supply excellent paper catalogs free of charge. Pay attention to the size and actuator button position when making your selection. Odds are very good you will wind up with a switch at least as good as the original, money aside. You will be able to get three better switches for about the price of one "Guzzi approved"switch.

RadioShack will sell you one that is not waterproof, but it will last till you get one mail order.
