Sorry, I'll be right back, but, really now, I just had the last swig off the bottle. And I will return with a fresh Labatt's Blue. Purchased on special at Ralph's market earlier this week.

 

But I am giving up biking this weekend.

 

Not because of global warming. Its cold out. Damned weird for winter, mind you. What's up with that? I'm too stupid to remember. Sorry about that. What was the question?

 

I have to work this weekend. But not tonight. Tonight I am drinking Labatt's. From the bottle. A bottle made of glass. Which came from some silicon dioxide source (that would be glass), and filled with cleaned water, somehow entrained with effluent of organic decay, incredibly aged to perfection, and placed in said bottle, and transported semi-globally to my neck of the woods. Where I bought it on special. And am drinking it with relish. Tonight. The night before I am going to work on Saturday and Sunday. On a horribly contaminated site. That someone wants to purchase. And understand if the other guys are cleaning it up to human health sustainable criteria.

 

For that, I need another beer.
