selling scura R but whats it worth

Looks like I am going to have to keep it , and sort out the things i don't like on the bike

Any ideas on the best rought to fitting clip-ons,. I know I can just dump the bars and fit a pair but, is it worth fitting a top yoke off a v11 and using standard clip ons.

Also I can't stand the seat on a long run , any aftermarket options.
