Frenchbob Posted January 22, 2007 Posted January 22, 2007 ......how many of you have been down to the beach at Sidmouth to blag yourselves a new, free BMW? Or a bag of nappies.
Guest Nogbad Posted January 22, 2007 Posted January 22, 2007 Er, not actually. Maybe it's because I'm just not motivated enough. Glad to see the old scavenging piratical materialistic money grubbing British psyche is still alive and well though. Thought all those types emigrated to the US last century.......
grossohc Posted January 22, 2007 Posted January 22, 2007 wish i lived close enough to pick up a free bmw Couple of weeks from now you wont even know there was a shipwreck
Guzzirider Posted January 22, 2007 Posted January 22, 2007 I pulled one out of the sea but when I saw what it was I threw it back in again.

jihem Posted January 23, 2007 Posted January 23, 2007 Ohhh and my stock battery could use some new acid. apparently that washed up too here's an extract from French F2 Television news. The first two minutes are about the wreckage. (of course, it's in french)
Guest redguzziv10 Posted January 23, 2007 Posted January 23, 2007 Hang around guys, there'll be plenty of oil coming ashore in the next couple of days
Guzzirider Posted January 23, 2007 Posted January 23, 2007 A hundred years ago the locals would have murdered the crew as well as stealing the cargo!!
mike wilson Posted January 23, 2007 Posted January 23, 2007 Glad to see the blithe, dry, and depreciating Brit wit alive and well. It's only depreciating in the US. Here we deprecate. Unusual for us to use fewer letters....... 8-)) ......how many of you have been down to the beach at Sidmouth to blag yourselves a new, free BMW? Or a bag of nappies. One's man is too busy sorting out the exploding clutch, rattling valves and wonky electrics on one's Italian masterpiece to go snuffling about on the beach. Serves one's man right.
Alex-Corsa Posted January 23, 2007 Posted January 23, 2007 A hundred years ago the locals would have murdered the crew as well as stealing the cargo!! Yes, those where the days!
